Mais<br>ces objets sont-ils r\u00e9ellement utiles ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus en plus de montres connect\u00e9es et d\u2019applications pr\u00e9tendent analyser la qualit\u00e9 de nos nuits et d\u00e9tecter des troubles, mais peut-on vraiment se fier \u00e0 ces dispositifs pour diagnostiquer des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des donn\u00e9es limit\u00e9es et peu fiables pour \u00e9valuer le sommeil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sommeil est particuli\u00e8rement concern\u00e9 par l\u2019impr\u00e9cision des mesures de ces objets connect\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les bracelets connect\u00e9s mesurent nos mouvements mais il est impossible de traduire pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ces mouvements en tendance de sommeil. On ne peut pas se contenter de d\u00e9duire un fonctionnement interne \u00e0 partir de fr\u00e9missements et de rotations de notre corps. Les \u00e9tudes men\u00e9es sur la fiabilit\u00e9 de ces donn\u00e9es sont sans appel :<strong> les donn\u00e9es sur le sommeil l\u00e9ger et le sommeil profond sont souvent inexactes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, certaines marques affirment que leurs montres connect\u00e9es peuvent diagnostiquer des apn\u00e9es du sommeil. L\u00e0 encore, c\u2019est malheureusement faux. Elles <strong>peuvent seulement alerter sur un sommeil difficile<\/strong>, en combinant des donn\u00e9es relatives au pouls, \u00e0 l\u2019exercice physique, \u00e0 la saturation du sang en oxyg\u00e8ne et aux ronflements. Mais <strong>elles ne remplacent en rien un diagnostic m\u00e9dical.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>donn\u00e9es fournies sont souvent insuffisantes et impr\u00e9cises<\/strong>. Au lieu d&rsquo;alerter, elles risquent m\u00eame d&rsquo;avoir l\u2019effet inverse&nbsp;: en ne d\u00e9tectant pas correctement des signaux inqui\u00e9tants et en annon\u00e7ant une absence d\u2019apn\u00e9e du sommeil, elles compromettent la prise en charge m\u00e9dicale en retardant le diagnostic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les meilleures mesures ne peuvent \u00eatre prises que dans un contexte m\u00e9dical avec <strong>une polysomnographie<\/strong> qui enregistre le sommeil avec des capteurs c\u00e9r\u00e9braux, oculaires, musculaires, cardiaques et respiratoires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les seules applications que je recommande sont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des <strong>applications d\u2019enregistrement des ronflements<\/strong>, type SnoreClock. Elles vont permettre \u2013 notamment aux personnes qui dorment seules \u2013 de d\u00e9tecter des pauses respiratoires et des reprises suffocatoires bruyantes qui peuvent laisser \u00e0 penser \u00e0 une apn\u00e9e du sommeil et inciter \u00e0 consulter un m\u00e9decin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1536\" src=\"https:\/\/julievidalenc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/objets_connectes_sommeil_1.jpg\" alt=\"objets_connectes_1\" class=\"wp-image-881\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.3333333333333333;object-fit:cover;width:617px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/julievidalenc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/objets_connectes_sommeil_1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/julievidalenc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/objets_connectes_sommeil_1-980x1470.jpg 980w, https:\/\/julievidalenc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/objets_connectes_sommeil_1-480x720.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019obsession du sommeil parfait : un pi\u00e8ge \u00e0 \u00e9viter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Environ 20 % des Fran\u00e7ais utilisent aujourd\u2019hui un \u00ab\u00a0fitness tracker\u00a0\u00bb (pour compter les pas, suivre le sommeil, l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique quotidienne, etc.) dans un souci de remise en forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, se surveiller en permanence <strong>peut devenir contre-productif<\/strong>. En particulier pour le sommeil, o\u00f9 le ma\u00eetre mot est le l\u00e2cher-prise ! Il existe un <strong>risque d\u2019orthosomnie<\/strong> : une obsession d\u2019atteindre un sommeil parfait, aux cycles r\u00e9guliers, avec un d\u00e9sir constant de contr\u00f4le\u2026 Ce qui a souvent l\u2019effet inverse et favorise les insomnies. On estime que ce trouble anxieux est en partie li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019essor des applications de suivi du sommeil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement important de souligner que la mesure des donn\u00e9es n\u2019est qu\u2019une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape. Encore faut-il savoir comment les interpr\u00e9ter et quoi en faire. Au-del\u00e0 des chiffres, il est <strong>essentiel d\u2019identifier les causes des troubles et les actions \u00e0 entreprendre pour y rem\u00e9dier<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/julievidalenc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/objets_connectes_sommeil_2-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"objets_connectes_2\" class=\"wp-image-882\" style=\"width:464px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Des applications rembours\u00e9es par la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour autant, la technologie peut avoir des apports positifs, et certaines applications ont obtenu des <strong>validations scientifiques<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est le cas de \u00ab\u00a0Sleepio\u00a0\u00bb, un programme en ligne de six semaines, bas\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle. En Grande-Bretagne, il peut \u00eatre prescrit par les m\u00e9decins et rembours\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9quivalent britannique de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale. Il propose un test de sommeil, des s\u00e9ances hebdomadaires de th\u00e9rapie cognitivo-comportementale et un agenda du sommeil \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter. Son taux de r\u00e9ussite est de 56 %, avec une am\u00e9lioration moyenne de six heures de sommeil par semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En France, certaines applications visent \u00e0 suivre cette voie, mais le milieu m\u00e9dical exprime une certaine inqui\u00e9tude : l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de solutions num\u00e9riques rembours\u00e9es pourrait-elle entra\u00eener une diminution d\u00e9j\u00e0 probl\u00e9matique du nombre de m\u00e9decins ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Montres connect\u00e9es, capteurs \u00e0 placer sous le matelas, applications poursmartphone\u2026 Le march\u00e9 des dispositifs de mesure du sommeil se porte bien.
