Or l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re est indispensable \u00e0 un maintien du poids corporel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">G\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de troubles de l\u2019humeur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le manque de sommeil a \u00e9galement des r\u00e9percussions comportementales, avec notamment des <strong>troubles de l\u2019humeur<\/strong> plus fr\u00e9quents. Et d\u2019apr\u00e8s notre cerveau, quoi de mieux contre <strong>l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9 et les coups de blues<\/strong>&nbsp;qu\u2019une tablette de chocolat (ou toute autre substance l\u00e9gale et r\u00e9confortante). Et on le sait, ces <strong>grignotages<\/strong> gras et sucr\u00e9s repr\u00e9sentent un apport calorique excessif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des cons\u00e9quences hormonales non n\u00e9gligeables<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, une privation de sommeil r\u00e9guli\u00e8re peut alt\u00e9rer notre m\u00e9tabolisme et entrainer des <strong>fluctuations hormonales<\/strong>, notamment sur quatre hormones qui vont nous inciter \u00e0 augmenter nos apports caloriques&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L<strong>a leptine<\/strong> est une hormone s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e par les adipocytes, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire par les cellules de notre masse graisseuse. Cette hormone agit sur la r\u00e9gulation de la prise alimentaire et de la balance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment elle <strong>freine l\u2019app\u00e9tit<\/strong> pour r\u00e9duire la prise alimentaire et <strong>elle stimule la d\u00e9pense d\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or le manque de sommeil <strong>fait baisser la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de cette leptine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, le manque de sommeil <strong>va stimuler la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de trois hormones<\/strong>&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La ghr\u00e9line, <\/strong>c\u2019est une hormone s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e par l\u2019estomac. Elle <strong>stimule l\u2019app\u00e9tit<\/strong> et la production de graisse entrainant une <strong>augmentation de la prise alimentaire<\/strong> et du poids corporel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le cortisol<\/strong> est une des hormones impliqu\u00e9es dans le m\u00e9canisme physiologique <strong>du stress<\/strong>. La stimulation de sa s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion va favoriser les fameuses fringales sucr\u00e9es associ\u00e9es aux moments de stress<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, <strong>l\u2019orexine <\/strong>(ou hypocr\u00e9tine) est une hormone qui <strong>stimule l\u2019app\u00e9tit<\/strong>, mais \u00e9galement l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9veil. C\u2019est elle qui nous incite \u00e0 manger lorsque l\u2019on se sent fatigu\u00e9.
